I saw Rhett Miller of the Old 97s solo this past weekend. I saw him open for Dashboard Confessional 4 or 5 years ago and eventually fell in love the Old 97s and all their alt-country goodness. I couldn't help but be a fangirl and meet him at the merch table after the show. I can't remember the last time I did that.
